Where Does Ole Miss Stand in Latest NCAA Tournament Bracketology Update?
© Jordan Prather-USA TODAY Sports

Tuesday night was a rough spot for Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball, but how did a 75-63 road loss to the No. 22 Kentucky Wildcats affect their NCAA Tournament chances?

In short, not very much.

The Rebels entered the game "on the bubble" for the NCAA Tournament, and according to the latest ESPN Bracketology update released by Joe Lunardi on X on Wednesday, Ole Miss remains among the "Last Four In" for the big dance this postseason. You can view his post here.

Joining Ole Miss in this group are the TCU Horned Frogs, Utah Utes and Nevada Wolfpack

The Rebels' odds have been impacted by their recent losing streak, dropping three straight games to the Auburn Tigers, South Carolina Gamecocks and Kentucky. Ole Miss returns to the friendly confines of the SJB Pavilion on Saturday (where it has only lost once this season) with hopes of picking up its first win since Jan. 30 vs. Mississippi State.

Tip-off on Saturday between Ole Miss and the Missouri Tigers is set for 7:30 p.m. CT, and the game will be televised on SEC Network.
