Other ESPN games contributed to a strong start across the networks. TCU vs. North Carolina drew 6.1 million viewers on Labor Day Monday, peaking at 8.1 million, while Virginia Tech vs. South Carolina drew 5.4 million viewers on Sunday.
Early-week games like Georgia Tech at Colorado (3.7M), Nebraska vs. Cincinnati (3.3M), and Boise State at South Florida (2.0M) helped round out the impressive numbers.
