As part of the 2025 ANNIKA Pro-Am, Nelly Korda introduced her very own golf shoes named the Nike Free Golf “Nelly Korda.” She even gifted a pair to WNBA icon Caitlin Clark.

“When I was growing up, I had so many amazing role models, but they were in tennis,” Korda explained at Pelican Golf Club. “They all wore Nike. They all had their kits,” she said as per the LPGA’s November 12, 2025, report.

The sneaker features a combination of white/sail colors, combined with distinct red and yellow swooshes. The outsole is designed with a camouflage theme, featuring different shades to create a colorful “hot fresh brights” design.

The unique “shoellery” features include a tennis racket, a coffee cup, and a lion on the side of the sneaker. All of these items depict the athlete’s family roots, her habits, and her own personality.

“The Leo energy, because I am inspired by lions,” Korda told the media. “There is just so much that I pull from that to myself,” Korda explained regarding her inspirations.

In terms of design, the sneaker (Code: HV4361-100) utilizes Nike Free technology to improve flexibility in the front. The cables incorporated in the design ensure lightweight and stability during each golf shot.

When asked about the opportunity, Nelly Korda said, “That to me is a really pinch-me moment that I was able to sit down with a design team and go through what means the most.”

Nelly Korda did more than just gift new shoes to Caitlin Clark

Caitlin Clark has always been vocal about her love of golf and has participated multiple times in the Annika Pro Am. So, when Korda gave her the shoes, Clark posed an interesting question.

Nelly Korda told Golf Channel, “(Caitlin) did ask me if they’re going to make her golf better, and I was like, ‘Guaranteed.’”

The pair also teed up together as Indiana Fever teammates Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham caddied Clark during her round with Korda.

“It’s really fun to see her do her craft up close and how good she is. She just makes the game of golf look really easy… I’m rooting for her to win,” Clark said last year. The 16-time LPGA Tour winner also helped Clark feel at ease.

“I think (Caitlin) was maybe a little bit more comfortable. We knew each other a little bit more, so for us, chit-chatting was a lot of fun. I would say the same amount of people showed up this year as last year. That to me is really cool to see,” Korda remarked.

Korda, who won the 2026 Chevron Championship, remains hopeful that Clark will put the shoes into play the next time she tees it up.
