Keegan Bradley knows he has some tough calls ahead of the Ryder Cup.
One of the biggest questions is whether he’ll pick himself for the US team. Plenty of top American players are expected to push for Bradley to be included in the side. But it’s hard to ignore that his form has dipped over the last couple of months.

Meanwhile, some players outside the top 12 have started picking up results, including Scottish Open winner Chris Gotterup and Wyndham Championship winner Cameron Young.
There’s also another player making a late push for consideration as the PGA Tour season nears its end.
Bradley is considering players with past Ryder Cup experience who aren’t currently in the top 12 of the US points list.
Cantlay has an impressive Ryder Cup record, with five wins, two losses, and one half to his name. The question now is whether he can make his way onto the team for Bethpage Black in September.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Bradley mentioned how close he is to the eight-time PGA Tour winner.
“A guy like Ben Griffin and Andrew Novak, they are new to the Tour and I have not played a lot with them,” Bradley explained. “Cantlay we play a lot on the off weeks and a practice round yesterday.”
“I am getting to know the guys better and how they think, their personalities. Because when we get into the heat of the Ryder Cup, we are going to need to know what these guys are like. So, the more time I can spend with them just casually is important.”
Bradley was clearly really proud of what Fowler and Cantlay recently said about his Ryder Cup prospects.
Both Rickie Fowler and Patrick Cantlay have come out in support of Bradley, saying he deserves a spot on the team for Bethpage this September.
Bradley responded to their backing during a press conference, admitting it meant a lot to him.
He said: “It means everything to me. I am touched they would say that and think that. I have got a pretty big decision on our hands here, so sitting here at the BMW we are not 100% sure what is going to happen but my goal whether I was a captain or not would be to play well these two weeks and if I do that who knows.“
The show of support from fellow PGA Tour players has been huge for Bradley, especially with so much talk around his inclusion in the team.
But with his form dropping off since the Travelers Championship win back in June, there’s no room for distractions now. He needs to put all his attention into getting back on track over the next couple of tournaments.
If he wants to make the case for picking himself, or even qualify automatically, strong finishes at both the BMW Championship and Tour Championship will be essential.
