Dunlap’s victory was characterized by seven birdies and one eagle during the competition. The young sensation won the championship by defeating Vince Whaley by two points. This win is notable since it is Dunlap’s second on the PGA Tour this season, earning him $720,000 from a total purse of $4 million.
