MLB's annual Prospect Breakout allows teams to showcase their top prospects in a spring training game. No Major Leaguers, just prospects, your best ones, facing off against other top prospects. The Milwaukee Brewers have announced their roster for the 2025 showcase.

The Brewers have the last game of the Prospect Breakout, playing on Sunday, March 16th at night against the Reds prospects. First pitch will be at 6:40 PM CT.

The roster is absolutely stacked with future stars for the Brewers and includes each of the Brewers top three prospects and so many more that should get fans excited to see what the future of Milwaukee baseball will look like.

Brewers 2025 Prospect Breakout

Last year, the Brewers roster was led by a standout hitter from Venezuela who topped the Crew's prospect rankings in Jackson Chourio. This year, the Brewers Prospect Breakout roster will also be led by a standout hitting prospect from Venezuela atop the Brewers prospect rankings with Jesus Made.

Jesus Made was our top Brewers prospect heading into the season on our Top 50 list. The 17 year old shortstop has made a couple of appearances in Cactus League games so far already but it's been minimal and toward the end of games. For the Prospect Breakout, Made should be in the starting lineup.

There's also Cooper Pratt on the roster, our 2nd ranked Brewers prospect. Pratt had a great first full season in the minor leagues in 2024 and his stock has been rising ever since.

Also in the infield are Eric Bitonti, Luke Adams, Luis Pena, Blake Burke, Brock Wilken, Jadher Areinamo, and Juan Baez. All of those players are among the top 21 Brewers prospects according to Athlon's Top 50 Brewers prospects list.

In the outfield, another pair of Venezuelan prospects make the roster in Yophery Rodriguez and Luis Lara, as well as 2024 first round Draft pick Braylon Payne. There's also DSL standout Jose Anderson and Dylan O'Rae.

The three catchers the Brewers are carrying for this game include 2024 4th rounder Marco Dinges, 2022 4th rounder Matthew Wood, and non-roster invitee Darrien Miller.

On the mound, the Brewers have some exciting talent led by two pitchers that are very close to making a big league impact in Jacob Misiorowski and Craig Yoho. Brett Wichrowski has shown off some triple-digit heat, making him an exciting watch. There's also a couple of the young, projectable prep arms the Brewers have taken in recent years with Bishop Letson and Bryce Meccage. This will be the first look Brewers fans will have of Meccage since he was selected in the 2nd round of the 2024 Draft.

Rounding out the pitching staff is Tyler Bryant, Will Childers, Tyson Hardin, Blake Holub, and Jack Hostetler.

Some of the top Brewers prospects that are not on this roster include Jeferson Quero, who is still recovering from last year's shoulder surgery and is not quite ready for game action yet. Also some players are battling for big league roster spots like Tyler Black and Logan Henderson and are focusing on that instead of the Prospect Breakout. Mike Boeve is the most notable name not in big league camp but not on the roster, he ranks 6th on our Top Brewers prospects list.

Of the 27 players on the Brewers Prospect Breakout roster, 22 of them are among the Brewers Top 50 Prospects.
