Miami Marlins Left Fielder Kyle Stowers had a great game on Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles. He finished the game 5-of-5 with three home runs and 6 RBI. The left fielder became the fifth player in league history to hit 3+ home runs against a team that he played for either the previous or that same season. He played for the Orioles from 2022 to 2024.
This has been the best season of Stowers’ career by a wide margin. He is top 20 in the league in batting average, home runs, and OPS. A strong first half led to the first All-Star selection of the young left fielder’s career. How will he fare in the second half of the regular season?

Stowers debuted with the Baltimore Orioles in 2022. He came over to the Marlins in a trade on July 30, 2024. It has been a great trade for the Marlins. The franchise hopes the left fielder can be a cornerstone in Miami for years to come.
Stowers will seek to play well in front of a national audience tomorrow in the 2025 MLB All-Star Game. He will then look to keep up his stellar play when the Marlins welcome the Kansas City Royals to town for a three-game series beginning on Friday.
