Kyle Harrison (5-1) was the star of the night, lowering his season ERA to 1.77 while recording his fourth career double-digit strikeout performance. Harrison allowed a leadoff double in the first inning. Then, he retired 15 consecutive batters. He generated 19 swinging strikes using a fastball that touched 95 mph. Harrison dominated the Brewers by controlling the pace of the game. He has now struck out 41 batters over his last 28 innings pitched.
