The Los Angeles Dodgers are riding a four-game win streak following a tough road out of the All-Star Break.

While the team is back in sync on the field, they are still dealing with many injuries off of it.

Their pitching staff continues to be hit with the injury bug, with Tyler Glasnow, Edwin Díaz, Justin Wrobleski, Will Klein and more completely out with injury.

Two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani has not pitched in a game since July 3rd after being shut down because of left knee inflammation.

However, an update on Saturday is showing huge progresses and a return could come soon.

Ohtani is scheduled to throw live batting practice on Saturday before the Pirates game for the first time since his injury.

While his bat continues to be one of the best in baseball, he was on a Cy Young pace when on the mound.

In 14 starts this season, the 32-year-old is posting a 1.79 ERA with 95 strikeouts, 26 walks and a 0.95 WHIP across 85 2/3 innings.

With him starting to throw once again, Ohtani could be eyeing a mid-September return. The perfect time for him to bounce back into things for October.
