Elly De La Cruz hit a two-run home run in the first inning of Saturday's game against the Cubs. It was his ninth home run of the season and the home run gave the Reds a 2-0 lead against Chicago.
On Friday, De La Cruz became the fastest player in Major League Baseball history to record 300 hits, 150 RBI, and 100 stolen bases.
