Yankees vs. Red Sox Game 2: Starting Pitchers

Luis Gil had a great performance last night after restricting the Red Sox from scoring. Yankees manager Aaron Boone is looking to secure to series win as he sends Max Fried to the mound for Game 2.

The Red Sox will turn in Ranger Suarez as their starter. Both teams have left-handed pitchers going up to the mound. Fried has been incredible with a 2.79 ERA, while Suarez holds a 3.22 ERA.

Watch out for red-hot Ben Rice, who’s been excellent against southpaws. The Yanks have a great chance to win this series, but their bullpen must hold on.
