Chael Sonnen furious after Tito Ortiz snubs handshake before latest callout

Speaking on his YouTube channel, the 48-year-old said: “I said, ‘Tito, hello’, and I had my hand out. He refuses to shake my hand. Now, that is, in this life, my thing, that’s the one where if you ever want to insult or upset me, that is my thing.”

“He does this,” he continued, “and there’s not a lot of people around but there are people around.”

“It’s a very rude thing to do. I could feel my blood boil in that moment.”

Sonnen’s long list of rivals isn’t just limited to Ortiz. Few feuds in MMA history have been as bitter as his with Wanderlei Silva.

The tension between the two fighters was well-known, and it eventually boiled over into a street fight during the filming of The Ultimate Fighter.

Dana White didn’t take the incident lightly. According to Sonnen, both he and Silva were hit with hefty fines as a result.
