The 13th-seeded Boston College Eagles blitzed the 12th-seeded Clemson Tigers early on and then held on for an 85-72 win in the opening round of the 2024 Ally Women's Basketball Tournament. T'yana Todd had a magnificent outing, scoring a team-high 24 points on 8-13 shooting, including 5-6 from three-point range. The Eagles' defense was great all day, as they forced 19 turnovers that resulted in 26 points for BC. Ruby Whitehorn led Clemson with 26 points in the loss.
