Rajah Caruth just held off Corey Heim for the win at Nashville! He gets his second-career win in the NASCAR Truck Series! An excellent performance from Caruth to hold off Heim and Layne Riggs. A big win for the young driver.

The folks at Spire Motorsports are going to be partying tonight in Nashville! He had to fight off the most dominant driver in the Truck Series this season. Heim has led 800+ laps in 2025. Tonight, Caruth played defense and led a race-high 61 laps.

Back in the playoffs for 2025! 22 years old and his second victory in the Truck Series. That was a standout performance from Rajah Caruth.

It isn’t often that we hear Truck Series drivers talk about how hard it is to pass. We did hear that tonight. Both Corey Heim (P2) and Layne Riggs (P3) had remarks about the dirty air and how hard it was to pass when Caruth blocked their lines.

Carson Hocevar was in Victory Lane to congratulate his Spire Motorsports teammate. That entire Spire group is going to be celebrating. This is a very popular win in the garage.

Rajah Caruth led 61 laps of 150 tonight. This was yet another clean Truck Series race. Only one truck, Frankie Muniz’s No. 33, was a DNF. He had an issue with his oil line on the first lap and was soon out of the race entirely.

While Heim and Riggs had great runs down the front and back stretch in the closing laps, Caruth did just enough with the dirty air to keep the lead. Heim led 58 laps and Riggs led 30 laps. Corey Day was the only driver outside of those top three to lead a lap. He led exactly one lap.

Rajah Caruth gets the win in Nashville

This season had been a bit up and down for Rajah Caruth at times. He has seven top-10s now and three top-fives. His speed at tracks like Las Vegas, Rockingham, and Texas showed that he could compete on these intermediate tracks. Tonight, he put it all together.

Of course, we can’t talk about the win without mentioning his pit crew. There have been times when Caruth has lost spots on pit road multiple times in a single race. Tonight, his crew was on fire and kept putting him further up in the running order.

Caruth was also very aggressive tonight. His truck was really strong in the short run and he was able to use that to his advantage, especially getting out to the lead and holding onto it in the final stage.

Corey Heim seemed to be a little upset about losing out on the win tonight. He pointed to the dirty air and the difficulty of passing on the track. He also had more words for Layne Riggs, who raced him hard at the end as the top three drivers duked it out for the win. You can’t blame Heim, though. He expects to win every race, and in practice, he felt like he had his best truck of the season.

A tough battle here in Music City. Onto Michigan and then Pocono. Could Caruth pick up another win off the momentum from tonight?
