We live in a time where you can go online and buy just about anything. NASCAR drivers like Ryan Preece are having a field day. While Carson Hocevar has made headlines with his purchases, Preece is taking it a little less seriously.
While Hocevar buys street-legal race cars, Preece is being silly with his purchases. How about an official Oscar Mayer Wienermobile pedal car? Because that’s exactly what Preece went out and got.
For a nice, cool price of $275, Ryan Preece has given his kids something fun to play with. It doesn’t hurt that Preece has a sponsor relationship with Oscar Meyer, too. Maybe they will even reimburse him for the purchase?

When NASCAR fans talk about personality being lacking all the time, I feel like they overlook drivers like Ryan Preece. He’s hilarious, has been through some massive wrecks and largely laughed them off, and he is a blue-collar driver. It’s like one of your buddies from high school is racing in the Cup Series on the weekend.
There are a lot of drivers in the Cup Series who have personality. You just have to pay attention at times. Besides, with how well Preece did in 2025, fans will have to start paying attention as he earns more top-10s, top-fives, and maybe even a win or two soon.
The move to RFK Racing was clearly the best thing for Preece and his career. After a breakout season, there will be higher expectations for Preece and the No. 60 team.
Brad Keselowski, Chris Buescher, and Ryan Preece are a trio of drivers who seemingly fit perfectly together. Hard working, blue collar, and the definition of a “racer’s racer.” These drivers have earned their place in the Cup Series through a lot of hard work and tribulations.
Preece and Buescher have a history going back to JTG Daugherty. So much so that it helped sell the Kroger sponsorship for RFK. The two drivers were sponsored by Kroger when they were at JTG Daugherty. While the 2025 season was a winless one for the organization, it was one that showed a lot of promise and potential.
In the second season as a three-car organization, RFK Racing has to make a leap in performance. They have to be consistent and have to get to Victory Lane. Easier said than done, of course, but those are the expectations for the three teams.
Ryan Preece has a new toy at home to stay busy until Daytona. Who knows, his ride at the 500 to start the season might look more like the Oscar Meyer car than we know.
