LeBron James is one of the best players in the league, and he is still playing at a superstar-caliber level. However, there's no doubt that he's entering the later stages of his career, and that his retirement might be coming in the next few years.

Kevin Love was a teammate with LeBron James on the Cavaliers. The two managed to win a championship together in the 2016 season. When asked about LeBron James potentially retiring as a Cavalier, Love claimed that he doesn't know where LeBron James' last game would be, but he did say that LeBron James wants to have a "Kobe-type exit" where has a spectacular performance and goes out in a blaze of glory.

“Obviously, I know he wants to have a Kobe-type exit where he scores 60 and does his thing, which he probably will. Where it will be? Who the hell knows?

LeBron James will likely leave it all on the floor for his last game. As for where that will be, that's anyone's guess. LeBron James will be a free agent at the end of next season, and there have even been some suggestions that he might be traded. Notably, there were reports that former Lakers coach Phil Jackson wanted LeBron James traded. This is important, as Phil Jackson is rumored to have a say in franchise decisions, with other reports suggesting that people close to the organization are upset about him having a say without an official position with the team.

Hopefully, we see LeBron James end his career with the Los Angeles Lakers. Even if he isn't the same player as he was in his prime, he is still a top-tier forward that can help the team win a championship. It would also be amazing to see him break the scoring record in Los Angeles. He has already won a championship with the Lakers, and perhaps we'll see LeBron James do it again.
