Troy Wayrynen-Imagn Images

The Portland Trail Blazers will enter the offseason looking to build a more well-rounded team. After almost making the playoffs this past year, Portland has the tools to finally contend for a playoff spot next season.

This summer could be massive in terms of the trajectory of the team. Portland wants to eventually compete for titles, and this offseason could be a stepping stone toward that.
