The Chicago Bulls are getting healthier on paper, though their on-court outlook will likely remain the same as in recent games.
Josh Giddey (illness) and Patrick Williams (right shoulder sprain), who previously appeared on the Bulls' injury report for several games, aren't listed on the docket entering Thursday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. While a shorter list is always better, neither player missed time while listed on the injury report.
Notably, Zach LaVine (right adductor strain) is doubtful to suit up against Minnesota. However, Chicago Sports Network's K.C. Johnson offered an optimistic report indicating LaVine may return to the Bulls' rotation soon.
LaVine is improving. Window for his potential return opens tomorrow at home vs. Minnesota. https://t.co/xXFnY7WLRx

Lonzo Ball expectedly remains sidelined with a right wrist sprain. Thursday marks the 10th day of his initially projected timeline for re-evaluation, though Johnson noted Wednesday that Ball is still wearing a splint on his injured wrist and there's no timetable for his return.
As for Lonzo Ball, Donovan said he’s still in a splint and that the team “dodged a bullet” with the wrist injury. Tomorrow is the 10-day re-evaluation but with Ball still in a splint, no timetable for his return.

Finally, Jalen Smith (left knee effusion) is probable to play against the Timberwolves, who tout a clean injury report.
Ball and LaVine(if he does indeed miss tonight’s game) will surely be missed as the Bulls will try to pull out a win tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Thursday’s tip-off is at 7:00 p.m. CT and the game will air on Chicago Sports Network (CHSN).
