Bulls Schedule Update: 2 Games Assigned After NBA In-Season Tournament Flop
David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

The group-play stage of the inaugural NBA In-Season Tournament is in the books, and the Chicago Bulls aren't in the bracket after going 0-4 in East Group C. While contenders compete for the NBA Cup next week, the Bulls will play a pair of regular-season games against other teams that missed the cut.

The first contest will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 6 when the Bulls host the Charlotte Hornets at the United Center. Tip-off is at 7 PM CT and the game will air on NBC Sports Chicago.

Additionally, the Bulls will visit rookie phenom Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, Dec. 8. That game will tip-off at 7:30 PM CT and air on NBC Sports Chicago.

Only eight teams advanced to the Knockout Rounds, so these games were built into the NBA In-Season Tournament format. Now, the Bulls know the new opponents and dates on their schedule.
