Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony's reaction was captured during the emotional moment when Detroit Pistons guard Jaden Ivey was stretchered off the court after suffering a severe left leg injury.

The injury occurred when Anthony dived for a loose ball, causing a collision that left Ivey clutching his leg in pain.

The incident took place in the fourth quarter, with just 10 minutes remaining in the game. Ivey's left leg appeared to get caught underneath Anthony’s, and he immediately fell to the ground.

As Ivey clutched his leg and screamed in pain, Anthony stood frozen, clearly distressed by the injury he had unintentionally caused.

The emotional reaction was caught on camera and shared by FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun on X, giving fans a glimpse into Anthony’s response.

Meanwhile, Ivey was unable to walk as he was assisted by the training staff. A towel was held up to block the view of his injury as players from both teams quickly gathered around him.

While the Pistons’ medical team attended to Ivey, the Little Caesars Arena crowd went silent, with fans watching the scene unfold. After a few moments, the fans began chanting “Ivey” to show their support for the injured player.

Before his injury, Ivey was having an excellent game. He had played 27 minutes, scoring 22 points, with a shooting performance that included 5-of-6 from beyond the arc. His injury occurred during one of his strongest outings this season.

Ivey averaged a career-high 17.4 points per game on 45.3% shooting, alongside 4.2 rebounds and 4.0 assists, according to ESPN. The injury, which could sideline him for a while, is particularly tough for Ivey as he was showing great promise in his third NBA season.
