President of basketball operations Koby Altman and the Cavaliers are doing their due diligence ahead of the 2025 NBA Draft, conducting both individual and group workouts.

The latter occurred Thursday, with the Cavs bringing in multiple potential selections, or at least potential additions to their Summer League roster.

Per Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com, the group included Ohio’s AJ Clayton, Northwestern’s Brooks Barnhizer, and Kentucky’s Jaxson Robinson and Amari Williams. Last week, they brought in Villanova’s Eric Dixon, college basketball’s reigning scoring champion.

All of those prospects could go completely undrafted or perhaps fall into the range where the Cavs are selecting (Nos. 48 and 59). That said, there’s been talk that the Cavs could trade one or more of those picks before they even make them.

The first round of the draft will take place Wednesday, though Cleveland wont take part until the following day, when the second round is held.
