Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics exited to the locker room Tuesday against the Atlanta Hawks with an ankle injury and was ruled out for the remainder of the game with what the team is calling a sprain.
Brown, 25, suffered the injury when he drove to the basket and stepped on the foot of the Hawks' De'Andre Hunter.

Brown has averaged 23.7 points, 3.3 assists, and 6.3 rebounds for the Celtics this season. He previously missed eight games in November and five games in December while dealing with a hamstring injury.
The Celtics were one of the hottest teams in the NBA in February with a 9-2 record, although they capped the month with a decisive 128-107 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. It was the first time Boston allowed more than 112 points in a game since Christmas.
