Charlotte has reportedly been undecided about their No. 2 pick. Then one of them weighed in on the G.O.A.T. debate.
Sources: Scoot Henderson is gaining serious momentum at No. 2 with the Charlotte Hornets in tonight’s NBA draft. Hornets have been torn over the last week between Henderson and Brandon MIller. Team has final meetings today to settle on decision.

There are compelling arguments for both Scoot Henderson and Brandon Miller at the No. 2 spot. Henderson is a dynamic point guard who has spent two years with G League Ignite but might be somewhat redundant with LaMelo Ball already in place. Miller has great size at small forward and scored at will at times with Alabama last season.
While Michael Jordan sold a majority interest in the Hornets this month, he’ll remain a minority shareholder. According to GM Mitch Kupchak, MJ will make the ultimate decision.
Hornets GM Mitch Kupchak said today at a pre-draft press conference that final say on who Charlotte selects at No. 2 on Thursday night -- Brandon Miller or Scoot Henderson -- will belong to outgoing owner Michael Jordan.

So the choice between Henderson and Miller comes down to the opinion of the man many consider the G.O.A.T. - Greatest Of All Time. This means Miller may have given the wrong answer when asked about who his own G.O.A.T. was.

Choosing LeBron James over Michael Jordan is one thing, but Paul George? Anyone who watched “The Last Dance” should know that Jordan is going to take that personally.
The Hornets might still draft him, but Miller certainly didn’t help his chances by forgetting who his boss might be. Michael Jordan is one of the great grudge-holders in NBA history. It might make the difference in who gets picked at No. 2 Thursday night.
