The New York Knicks are on the road on Saturday night as they travel to take on the Atlanta Hawks in Game 4 of their first-round playoff series.
New York enters Saturday’s game trailing 1-2 in the series after losing on the road to Atlanta in Game 3 on Thursday night.
In Thursday’s loss to the Hawks, OG Anunoby led the way for the Knicks as he recorded 29 points and nine rebounds while Jalen Brunson added 26 points, three rebounds and four assists of his own.
Now New York will try to bounce back on Saturday as they try to pick up a key road victory over the Hawks to even the series at 2-2.
On the other side, Atlanta enters Saturday’s contest with a 2-1 series lead after defeating the Knicks at home in Game 3 on Thursday night.
Jalen Johnson led the way for the Hawks in Thursday’s victory as he ended the game with 24 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists while C.J. McCollum recorded 23 points and five rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Game 4 on Saturday night, one side may be without one of their key players due to injury.
For the Knicks, they enter Saturday’s game with a healthy roster as they have nobody listed on their injury report.
This is great news for New York as they are looking to tie the series at 2-2 with a victory on Saturday before returning home for Game 5.
On the other side, the Hawks have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out center Jock Landale.
Atlanta has ruled out Landale due to a right ankle sprain that has kept him out since April 3 and he is expected to miss the remainder of the first round of the playoffs.
