Final Injury Report for Warriors-Pistons: Will Jalen Duren, Moses Moody Play?

The Detroit Pistons are at home on Friday night as they host the Golden State Warriors in an interconference matchup.

Detroit enters Friday’s contest with a 50-19 record after defeating the Washington Wizards on the road on Thursday night.

Jalen Duren led the way for the Pistons in Thursday’s victory as he ended the game with 24 points and 11 rebounds while Paul Reed recorded 17 points, four rebounds and three assists off the bench.

Now Detroit will try to grab another victory on Friday as they face off against the Warriors in a tough home matchup.

On the other side, Golden State enters Friday’s game with a 33-36 record after losing on the road to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night.

In Wednesday’s loss to the Celtics, Gary Payton II led the way for the Warriors as he recorded 14 points, six rebounds and four assists off the bench while Draymond Green added 13 points, five rebounds and five assists of his own.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Warriors Injury Report: Will Moses Moody, Quinten Post Play?

For the Warriors, they have seven players listed on their injury report , including both Moses Moody and Quinten Post.

Golden State has ruled out Moody as he continues to recover from a right wrist sprain that has kept him out since March 5 and he is expected to miss the remainder of the Warriors’ road trip.

The Warriors have also ruled out Stephen Curry as he remains sidelined while recovering from a right knee injury while Seth Curry is out due to a left adductor strain.

Al Horford has also been ruled out as he is expected to miss at least one week with a right calf strain while Jimmy Butler is set to miss the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL.

Post has been listed as questionable due to a foot injury while LJ Cryer is probable due to left hamstring injury management and he is expected to return from a two-game absence.

Pistons Injury Report: Will Jalen Duren, Kevin Huerter Play?

On the other side, the Pistons have five players listed on their injury report, including both Duren and Kevin Huerter.

Detroit has listed Duren as questionable due to right ankle soreness and he is in danger of missing his first game since Feb. 19.

If Duren is sidelined, Paul Reed and Ron Holland II could both be in line for increased roles, especially with Isaiah Stewart still sidelined due to a left calf strain.

The Pistons have also listed Huerter as questionable due to a right shoulder contusion and he is in danger of missing his first game since March 3.

Marcus Sasser has been ruled out with hip soreness while Cade Cunningham remains sidelined while recovering from a collapsed lung.
