The LA Clippers have put together quite an impressive roster and could have one of the strongest starting lineups in the NBA.

The LA Clippers have dedicated this offseason to improving their roster. It looks like they’re ready to make a serious championship push.

While landing Brook Lopez was a big deal for them, the Clippers trading John Collins for Norm an Powell really kicked off their offseason in style.

With the opening created at shooting guard, the Clippers signed Bradley Beal after his Phoenix Suns buyout.

And with Chris Paul also joining the Clippers in free agency, their roster is complete. But what does their starting lineup look like?

2025-26 LA Clippers projected starting lineup

With the LA Clippers having landed so many players, they will have a much different starting lineup heading into the new season.

The Clippers’ projected starting lineup and depth chart look like this:

Starting Lineup Second Unit
James Harden Chris Paul
Bradley Beal Kris Dunn
Kawhi Leonard Derrick Jones Jr.
John Collins Nicolas Batum
Ivica Zubac Brook Lopez

Players like Cam Christie, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and Kobe Brown will also get minutes during the regular season, but are unlikely to feature heavily in the rotation.

Fans may have expected Chris Paul to be a starter. But it was revealed that Paul accepted a bench role to join the Clippers.

On paper, this is a very strong lineup. But the Cl ippers will face problems next season because of one big reason.

LA Clippers’ aging roster could suffer from injuries and fatigue

While the Clippers have attracted some big names this offseason, their roster is incredibly old. In fact, with an average age of 33.2, this Clippers roster is the oldest in the NBA.

Nearly half the roster – James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Bradley Beal, Chris Paul, Brook Lopez, and Nicolas Batum – are over the age of 33.

Kendrick Perkins called the Clippers the NBA’s nursing home, a slick jab at their aging roster. But it’s hard to argue against him.

Even Jeff Teague believes the Clippers’ age works against them. Especially considering how grueling an 82-game NBA season can be on a player’s body as they grow older.

Hopefully, Ty Lue is able to overcome this concern and lead the Clippers to an NBA championship. But given how tough the Western Conference is, they definitely have a fight on their hands.
