LeBron James had yet another successful season in the NBA, leading the Los Angeles Lakers to the postseason.

Los Angeles entered the postseason with high hopes of competing for an NBA title. While they had a solid roster led by James, Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, the Lakers were halted in the first round.

The Lakers suffered a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, cutting their season short.

After the season, as James and the rest of the Lakers prepare for another road to the postseason, seemingly more prepared with year two of Doncic and head coach JJ Redick, the Los Angeles star was active on social media.

On Monday, James reposted a major announcement in the NFL community that revealed the EA Madden cover for the 2026 edition.

Philadelphia Eagles star Saquon Barkley has been announced as the official EA Sports cover athlete. James seemingly reposted the news in support of the Eagles running back.

Last season, Saquon Barkley played his first year with the Philadelphia Eagles, posting 13 rushing touchdowns and 2,005 yards on the ground.

While leading the NFL in rushing yards the Eagles star won the Offensive Player of the Year award and helped bring a Super Bowl victory to Philadelphia.

LeBron James is fresh off his 22nd season in the NBA.

Last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, James posted 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game.

He's now heading into his 23rd season in the NBA, looking to earn the fifth title of his career and second with the Lakers.
