The NBA All-Star Weekend experience will be much different this year, not just for the ASG players who will be participating in a new format, but also for the rest of the world—especially the digital community.

The league has announced that it is collaborating with content creators through a project named NBA Crossover to enhance the 2026 All-Star Weekend for fans around the world. The league's communications office described this as the “most expansive creator footprint ever for an NBA event.”

This initiative involves at least 200 creators with a collective following of one billion across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms. These creators come from different parts of the globe. Among them are YPK Raye, female street hooper and influencer Stephania Ergemlidze, comedian Cam Wilder, streamer Kris London, Argentinian celebrity Lucho Mellera and many others.

Past NBA All-Star Weekend guests like Druski, Dude Perfect Co-Founder Tyler Tone and Lethal Shooter will be major participants in the event.

Bob Carney, NBA Senior Vice President of Social and Digital Content, expressed excitement about working with the internet influencers for the enjoyment of a global audience.

“We’re thrilled to join forces with more creators than ever at NBA All-Star, providing opportunities for them to be active participants across virtually every event and deliver engaging content that showcases this marquee NBA event to different audiences.”

The internet personalities will have the opportunity to step onto the ASG court this weekend and participate in a wide range of activities designed to merge hoops, culture, fashion, and technology. This includes a tour of the Clippers’ state-of-the-art Intuit Dome.

Among the top features is the Creator Court, a fan-centric hub that will host the PlayStation NBA Creator Cup. The game will be livestreamed on multiple platforms, namely the NBA’s YouTube and Facebook channels, as well as the NBA App.
