The Denver Nuggets are at home on Monday night as they face off against the Chicago Bulls in an interference matchup.
Denver enters Monday’s game having won five of their last 10 games including picking up an impressive victory over the Houston Rockets on Sunday despite being without their star center Nikola Jokic.
The Nuggets will look to keep things rolling on Monday when they take on a red-hot Bulls team that has won seven of their last 10 games including two straight.
Ahead of Monday’s contest, the Nuggets made a major announcement regarding the statuses of Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray.
Denver has ruled out Gordon due to right calf injury management and a left ankle sprain. They also announced that Murray is available despite a right ankle sprain that kept him out of two games last week.

It is not surprising that the Nuggets will rest Gordon on Monday due to it being the second night of a back-to-back as the 29-year-old forward has dealt with a ton of injuries this season.
On the other hand, it is a surprise that Murray is good to go for Monday night as Denver has elected to play him in both games of the back-to-back, which is a great sign for the Nuggets.
Denver has also ruled out Nikola Jokic for Monday’s game against Chicago due to a left ankle injury and they also announced that Christian Braun is available despite dealing with a left foot sprain.
With the Nuggets being shorthanded, especially in the frontcourt on Monday, expect Murray and Michael Porter Jr. to handle most of the load offensively and Denver will also need Russell Westbrook, DeAndre Jordan and Zeke Nnaji to step up.
Fans can catch Monday’s matchup between the Bulls and Nuggets from Denver at 9:00 p.m. EST.
