The Phoenix Suns have a collection of some of the best contracts in the NBA after a big offseason for general manager Brian Gregory and the rest of the front office.

Phoenix made the most of its minimum signings last year and was able to attract its own players to come back and outside players to join the team on team-friendly deals after a successful first season under coach Jordan Ott.

Here's how we'd rank the top-3 contracts on the team:

1. Collin Gillespie

Contract: 4 years, $48 million

Gillespie takes home the top spot after he solidified himself as a long-term culture piece with a four-year, $48 million contract that set the precedent for the Suns to get these good value deals as they didn't even let him hit the open market.

It was a long road for Gillespie to earn this contract after starting with the Suns on a two-way deal in the 2024-25 season before re-signing on a veteran minimum last summer.

He made the most of his second chance by setting a new franchise record for 3-pointers made in a season with 232 and averaged a career-high 12.7 points, 4.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 steals.

Gillespie will now be the leader of Phoenix's bench and a great example of their hard-nosed culture for years to come.

2. Jordan Goodwin

Contract: 3 years, $19 million (player option on third year)

Goodwin made the most of making the team as the 14th and final roster spot last training camp and also established himself as a culture piece and key reserve, averaging a career-best 8.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 70 games (10 starts).

His ability to generate extra possesssions with his defense and rebounding, as well as a much-improved 3-point shot, were invaluable for the Suns, and they are more than happy to have his services back at only just over $6 million per year.

Goodwin is the heat and soul of a lot of the things the Suns do, and he will look to continue to bring this intensity the next few years.

3. Luke Kennard

Contract: 2 years, $12.43 million (player option on second year)

Kennard was the Suns' lone addition in free agency on a standard contract, and he left some fans around the league confused on how Phoenix was able to land him for not a lot of money after he had a strong close to the year with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Kennard could thrive in Phoenix's system if he's willing to increase his 3-point volume after leading the league in 3-point percentage last year, which would make this deal more than worth it for the Suns.

There's a chance for Kennard to land himself a bigger payday next offseason just like Gillespie and Goodwin did if he performs well with the Suns this year.
