According to Wojnarowski, Booker is expected to be listed initially as "out" on the Suns' injury report ahead of Game 6, but that designation can change before the game.
Booker is also expected to play under a minute restriction after returning.
After playing in the first two games of the series, Booker has missed the last three games against the Pelicans. However, the Suns have won two of the three games without Booker, leading the series 3-2 heading into Thursday's Game 6.
Booker appeared to aggravate the hamstring running back on defense early in the second half of Game 2 . Booker walked off the court gingerly before sitting out the fourth quarter.

Booker has already missed time this season dealing with a hamstring injury. The 25-year-old missed seven games in early December with a left hamstring strain.
In the first two games of the series against the Pelicans, Booker shot 52.6 percent, averaging 28.0 PPG, 4.5 assists, and 3.0 rebounds in 32.7 minutes per game.
The three-time all-star played in 68 regular-season games averaging 26.8 PPG, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.
The Suns will look to end the first-round series with the Pelicans and move onto the second round with a win in Game 6 Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
