The Golden State Warriors had another successful season under head coach Steve Kerr.

Golden State made their way to the second round of the NBA playoffs, led by Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green.

The Warriors wound up losing to the Minne sota Timberwolves after Curry went down with an injury in the first game of the series. Before their second round loss, Golden State defeated the Houston Rockets in the first round of the playoffs.

After the season, all eyes turned toward recovery for Curry.

As he makes his way back to the court for the Warriors, the Golden State star has also been making moves outside of the white lines.

On Wednesday, an announcement was made on Curry's behalf, revealing that the Warriors guard has officially agreed to a role as a Performance Advisor at Google.

Google's American executive and the Senior Vice President of devices and services announced the news online.

Rick Osterloh mentioned that Stephen Curry has already began working in his new role at Google, where the headquarters reside in Mountain View, California.

"This hands-on work has already begun, with Stephen and his team of experts working with our health experts and product and AI engineers to test our new products and experiences, giving us incredibly valuable feedback," Osterloh said.

Last season with the Golden State Warriors, Stephen Curry posted 24.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game.

Curry was playing in his 16th season with the Warriors, having already led the NBA team to four NBA titles while winning two MVP awards during his career in Golden State.
