Stephen A. Smith Drops Scandalous Truth Bomb on Infidelity Within the League

During a previous appearance on Andrew Shulz’s show Flagrant, Smith had more than a few matters to discuss with the program’s hosts. However, there’s no doubt that one of the topics that stood out the most centered around Stephen A’s revelation about infidelity in the league.

According to Smith, he’s been witness to players getting traded from their respective teams because of matters completely unrelated to basketball.

“I can’t even begin to tell you the things that I’ve seen,” Smith said. “It’d make you scared to get married. What I’m sayin’ to you is that there are players who have been traded because they were with a teammate’s wife. There are coaches who have traded players because players was gettin’ with somebody they were gettin’ with.”

While this is not entirely shocking, the fact that it came from such a plugged-in source such as Smith just makes all these feel even more real.

We’ve all heard stories about players having extra-marital affairs — sometimes even with the partners of their own teammates. However, Stephen A confirming all these scandalous activity just speaks volumes of the culture, perhaps not only in the NBA but in professional sports in general.
