The Golden State Warriors, as they try to maximie Stephen Curry's last title window, have been linked to pretty much every trade candidate aviliable.
While the Warriors simply cannot afford a max-contract player like Kevin Durant or Giannis Antetokounmpo without giving up Draymond Green, the cost-cutting Boston Celtics seem like a possible trade partner.
Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, and especially Derrick White have been linked to the Warriors as Boston is expected to take a step back next season and battle with the second apron, although the Warriors' ideal target might be taken off the trade block.
Between Holiday and Porzingis, White is the youngest and arguably most talented player, and when Jayson Tatum returns from his Achilles injury, it will make sense that Boston will still want him in town.
While the Warriors would love a core of White, Curry, Green, and Jimmy Butler, the Celtics are not interested in trading the gold medalist.
League sources are insistent the Celtics have given zero indications that parting ways with Derrick White this summer is a possibility.

Boston views White as an essential core player alongside Tatum and Brown.

Holiday, 34, and Porzingis, 29, are both in line with the Warriors' timeline and would help them shore up their defense and interior play. While White is the best player of the trio, he will likely be made a pioty as Boston continues to try and field a contender.
Even if Boston made him available, teams like the San Antonio Spurs, Detroit Pistons, and Houston Rockets could make a better offer than the Warriors, making the addition nothing more than a pipe dream to begin with.
