Watch: Mikal Bridges reveals the tougher guard between Curry and LeBron

Guarding the best player on the court every night for 48 minutes is tough. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with it night after night. Phoenix Suns Small Forward Mikal Bridges doesn't seem to mind.

In the latest episode of the Whistle's "No Days Off," Mikal Bridges gives us a courtside seat into how he trains to shutdown the league's best offensive players. It's easy to say Bridges is the definition of a 'gym rat'.

The Villanova alum has made a name for himself as one of the elite 3-and-D players in the NBA. His basketball IQ and knack for the game are off the charts. It's a big reason why the '21 Suns made it all the way to the Finals last summer. Bridges is constantly working on his pull-up jumper, three-point shot and perimeter defense so he can continue playing at a high level as a key role player for the Suns.

Bridges, who grew up in Philadelphia, loves watching Allen Iverson and Andre Iguodala highlight reels on YouTube. Both inspired Bridges to play the game.

When it comes to who's the toughest player to guard in the NBA, two players stand out to Bridges: Curry and LeBron. LeBron is tough to guard from a sheer size standpoint. At 6'9 250 pounds, the premier point forward is used to having his way with would-be defenders. Curry's persistent off-ball movement, speed, savvy playmaking and of course shooting ability makes him a perimeter defender's nightmare. Behind the arc, he is almost always shooting light out.

Bridges final answer on toughest cover - LeBron.
