'You Reach, I Teach': Kobe Bryant's Daughter Features With Jalen Brunson In Latest Nike Commercial

Natalia Bryant, the eldest daughter of Kobe Bryant, has featured in the latest commercial for Nike alongside Knicks' superstar Jalen Brunson and NCAA starlet Aaliyah Chavez. This advertisement promotes the upcoming release of the Kobe 3 Protro Halo sneakers this week.

The commercial begins with Jalen Brunson entering a jewellery store where Natalia Bryant is working in the back on some Kobe sneakers. Big Time Tommie buzzes Jalen Brunson into the store and shows him some blingy chains and accessories. But Brunson seems unsatisfied until he sees the sneakers.

Following this, he approached Bryant, who is locked into her work, and tried to touch the sneakers. This triggers Bryant, who then asks him to pass a test if he wants to buy them. When Brunson fails to convince Natalia Bryant of his worthiness, Aaliyah Chavez enters the store.

One of Brunson's fondest childhood memories is when Kobe Bryant gifted him a pair of his sneakers. Brunson signed a Player Exclusive deal with Nike in 2024, where he is not getting a signature shoe but a signature colorway under the Kobe brand. Earlier this year, he finally released his first signature colorway with the Kobe sneakers only.

Even Kobe Bryan's former teammate, Pau Gasol, saw this commercial on social media and reacted with a heart emoji.

NBA fans were delighted to see this commercial featuring an unexpected trio of Bryant, Chavez, and Brunson. They took to social media and showed their love for this release.

Jalen Brunson is a massive fan of Kobe Bryant and his sneakers. He has admitted earlier in his career that he would give up on the dream of having a signature sneaker shoe if he got a deal where he got a lifetime supply of Kobe sneakers.

It is a heartwarming sight indeed to see the late Lakers legend's daughter promote his legacy today. And now, young talent like Aaliyah Chavez, who is expected to be the next big thing in women's college basketball for the Oklahoma Sooners, has also joined the vast like of athletes like Brunson that keep the Lakers' legend's legacy alive today.
