Member of NC State’s 1983 NCAA Championship team, the Cardiac Pack, are suing the NCAA and the CLC over Name, Image and Likeness. Thurl Bailey, Alvin Battle, Walt Densmore, Tommy DiNardo, Terry Gannon, George McClain, Cozell McQueen, Walter Proctor, Harold Thompson and Mike Warren are the plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
