2025 NFL Draft order is set for non-playoff teams

We now know what the top part of the 2025 NFL Draft will look like following Sunday's early slate of games.

The Tennessee Titans will own the No. 1 overall pick thanks to their loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday, combined with the New England Patriots win over the Buffalo Bills.

Here is what the remainder of the top part of the draft will look like for the 18 teams that missed the playoffs.

1. Tennessee Titans

2. Cleveland Browns

3. New York Giants

4. New England Patriots

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

6. Las Vegas Raiders

7. New York Jets

8. Carolina Panthers

9. New Orleans Saints

10. Chicago Bears

11. San Francisco 49ers

12. Dallas Cowboys

13. Miami Dolphins

14. Indianapolis Colts

15. Atlanta Falcons

16. Arizona Cardinals

17. Cincinnati Bengals

18. Seattle Seahawks

The remaining 14 teams will have their slots determined based on how far they go in the playoffs.

The biggest losers here over the past couple of weeks are clearly the Patriots and Raiders.

Both teams seemed to have a hold on the top pick, but late-season wins pushed them down the board. The Raiders won two of their past three games to go from the No. 1 pick all the way out of the top-five, while the Patriots went from No. 1 to No. 4 with their win on Sunday.

Given that the Titans, Browns and Giants could all be in the market for a first-round quarterback, it is entirely likely that the Raiders will miss out on a chance to take a quarterback like Colorado's Shedeur Sanders or Miami's Cam Ward.

If there is a positive for the Patriots, it is that they do not need a quarterback and could be in a prime position to land an elite playmaker on either side of the ball that might slip down as the teams ahead of them pick over the quarterbacks.
