Preseason lists and watch lists are always fun topics of conversation as fans of the NFL wait patiently till Week 1.

Pro Football Focus writer Bradley Locker released his 2025 preseason All-Rookie team, with three Eagles rookies being acknowledged before their first season.

Willie Lampkin, Offensive Linemen/Center

Lampkin was a 2025 undrafted free agent by the Los Angeles Rams, whom the Eagles picked up via waiver claims. Lampkin is currently on the injured reserve list, but the former North Carolina alum is designated to return and has drawn comparisons to Jason Kelce due to his undersized frame. Lampkin will now have the ability to be coached by Jeff Stoutland, who is known for his development of offensive linemen.

Antwaun Powell-Ryland, EDGE Rusher

Powell-Ryland is currently stashed on the Eagles' practice squad, but Howie Roseman may need to elevate him to the active roster to keep him around. The former Virginia Tech pass rusher posted a 90.2 PFF grade and is another late-round gem who could "pop" later in the season if called upon. He'll have some time to develop and could find a niche as a pass-rushing package once he's ready.

Andrew Mukuba, Safety

Despite being a second-round pick, Andrew Mukuba has been talked about at great length not just on our website, but throughout the NFL media cycle. Dealing with an injury, Mukuba was penciled in to be "the guy" starting across from Reed Blankenship as a rookie in 2025, playing so well in training camp and the preseason that fans are a bit worried about his status heading into Week 1.

Despite playing only 29 snaps in the preseason, Mukuba graded with a 95.7 overall PFF grade, even securing a pick-six against the Cleveland Browns' backup quarterback, Dillon Gabriel, in their Week 2 of the preseason. With Sydney Brown slated to slide in for Mukuba if injured, Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is certainly hoping to get Mukuba back healthy soon, in an effort to get his defense really flying.
