The Detroit Lions turned in one of their best efforts of the young season so far on Monday Night Football, saving an incredible performance for the bright lights of M&T Bank Stadium.

The Lions won 38-30 in a game that was played in crisp fashion throughout with Detroit holding the ball for over six minutes more than the Ravens and not turning it over once.

The Lions moved to 2-1 on the season and put the rest of the National Football League on notice as fans, former players and media began declaring Detroit officially "back" under head coach Dan Campbell.

The Lions got strong performances from familiar names and up-and-comers as they outdueled one of the AFC's most talented teams.

Here are five Lions players whose stock rose after their performances Monday:

5. Al-Qadin Muhammad-

Muhammad came on strong during the end of last season and cemented a place on the Lions' roster this season.

The 2017 sixth round draft pick of the New Orleans Saints had 2.5 sacks of Lamar Jackson on Monday giving Lions fans strong Aidan Hutchinson vibes with his relentless pursuit of one of the NFL's toughest and fastest signal callers.

The Lions' pass rush is in good hands with Hutchinson and Muhammad leading the way going forward.

4. David Montgomery-

The 'Knuckles' to Jahmyr Gibbs' 'Sonic' racked up 151 yards on 12 carries along with two touchdowns on the ground.

Montgomery showed he has another gear speed-wise and has maintained his signature thumping style heading into Week 4 against the Browns in Detroit.

3. John Morton-

Fans and analysts including ESPN's Stephen A. Smith openly questioned the Lions' offensive coordinator Morton's fitness to lead the Lions' offense after Detroit's Week 1 loss.

Now Morton looks like a genius after running up the score on Ben Johnson's Chicago Bears last week and creating a gameplan that led to 38 points against the Ravens.

2. Jack Campbell-

The Lions' former first round pick out of Iowa at the middle linebacker position showed the speed to run with Jackson along with the physicality to stop ballcarriers dead in their tracks.

Campbell finished with eight tackles and a sack on the night and deserves more recognition as one of the NFL's better players at his position.

1. Jared Goff-

Goff was surgical in his approach and refused to wilt under the pressure of Baltimore's screaming fans.

He didn't turn the ball over and led his team to a big total on the scoreboard.

Goff continues to turn heads as one of the NFL's most efficient and productive quarterbacks. He has more weapons this season and has a chance to finish with one of the best statistical years of his career.
