Key Points:

  • Chiefs rookie DT Omarr Norman-Lott expected to be fine after missing Saturday’s practice.
  • Kansas City improves to 2-2 after win over Lamar Jackson and Ravens in Week 4.

Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs, after starting the 2025 NFL season 0-2, have jumped back up to .500 after their Week 4 win over Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. Now, the Chiefs will look to make it three straight wins when they hit the road to face Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5's edition of "Monday Night Football."

The Chiefs came out of the Ravens game relatively healthy, with every player on the injury report practicing in full leading up to Week 5. The lone exception was cornerback Kristian Fulton, who was listed as a limited participant, leaving his status for Monday uncertain.

However, two days before the Chiefs’ matchup with the Jaguars, coach Andy Reid told reporters that defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott did not practice Saturday. Norman-Lott is listed as questionable, but Reid said he expects him to be fine.

"We'll see how he does in the next couple of days," Reid said of Norman-Lott's shoulder injury. "I think he should be OK. We'll see."

Norman-Lott was selected with the No. 63 overall pick in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft. He was unable to play in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers, but made his debut in Week 2 and even earned a starting spot. Through three games, Norman-Lott has five total tackles and one sack.

The Chiefs got back a big weapon in their Week 4 win over Baltimore as wide receiver Xavier Worthy returned from injury. With fellow receiver Rashee Rice coming back soon, too, Kansas City could be all the more dangerous. The Chiefs will face the Jaguars on Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC and ESPN.
