Bengals Agree to Trade RB Joe Mixon to Texans

The Cincinnati Bengals are trading running back Joe Mixon to the Houston Texans, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. We're still waiting for the compensation involved in the deal, but the Bengals were originally set to release Mixon after agreeing to terms with free agent Zack Moss. Instead, the Texans are swinging a trade for Mixon after losing Devin Singletary in free agency to the New York Giants. Mixon joins one of the most impressive young offenses in the NFL with quarterback C.J. Stroud, and will team up with Dameon Pierce to bolster Houston's ground attack after being a reliable back for years in Cincinnati.
