Best prop bets for Cowboys vs. Bengals on Monday Night Football

The Week 14 NFL slate concludes with the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Cincinnati Bengals.

Both of these teams are desperately clinging on to their slim playoff hopes. They each will likely need to win out and get a some help from other teams. Despite their disappointing seasons, there are plenty of playmakers across the board in this game, making for some intriguing betting options.

Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson OVER 37.5 receiving yards (-110) - BetMGM

Ferguson will make his return in this game as he has cleared concussion protocol and participated in practice all week. He'll get a great matchup right off the bat against a Bengals defense that ranks 27th in the NFL against the pass. Cincinnati has allowed the sixth-most receiving yards to the tight end position, and Ferguson has eclipsed 37 yards four times this season.

Bengals RB Chase Brown OVER 74.5 rushing yards (-120) - BetMGM

Brown has been great since taking over as the lead back for the Bengals. He has rushed for over 74 yards in three of his last four games and is averaging 80 yards over his last four games. The Cowboys rank 31st in the NFL against the run, allowing 148 yards per game. Last week Brown averaged a whopping 5.8 yards per carry against a very good Pittsburgh Steelers defense.

Cowboys RB Rico Dowdle ANYTIME touchdown (+113) - Caesars Sportsbook

Dowdle is quietly having a breakout season with 600 rushing yards, 195 receiving yards and four total touchdowns. He recorded his first career 100-yard rushing performance last week, and also got his first rushing touchdown on the season. He has become a workhorse with 47 total touches over the past two weeks and should continue to carry his momentum against a poor Bengals defense.

Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase ANYTIME touchdown (-150) - FanDuel

There aren't many safer NFL bets to make than this one. Chase leads the league in both receiving yards (1,142) and touchdowns (13). He has caught six touchdowns over his last three games and has only been held out of the endzone twice during his last 10. There's no doubt that quarterback Joe Burrow will give him at least a few shots at six points.
