Key Points:
Myles Garrett and the Cleveland Browns have dealt with a season's worth of drama through just four weeks of action. Cleveland has started the 2025 NFL season with a 1-3 record and already benched 40-year-old quarterback Joe Flacco, and third-string quarterback Shedeur Sanders is constantly making headlines for the wrong reasons.
While the Browns are hoping that third-round pick and former Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel is the answer to their Flacco-induced problems, the team was also forced to hope that Garrett wouldn't miss any time with his nagging ankle injury.
The six-time All-Pro pass rusher missed one practice earlier in the week with the injury and was also limited in two others, leading to concerns that he'd be unable to play in the Week 5 game in London against the Minnesota Vikings.
On Friday, the Browns officially announced his status, and it's one that fans will find quite encouraging.
When the team released its Friday injury report, Garrett was nowhere to be found, indicating that he is fully recovered and ready to play on Sunday.
A huge lift for the Browns as Garrett has racked up 18 total tackles this season and a team-high four sacks.
Sunday's game, which will be played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET and air on NFL Network and NFL+.
