Myles Garrett and the Cleveland Browns have done it. While seemingly everyone felt that the Green Bay Packers would add Cleveland to their list of victims early in the 2025 NFL regular season, Cleveland turned the tables on them and pulled off a stunning 13-10 come-from-behind win over Jordan Love and company last Sunday at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.
Garrett contributed to Cleveland’s win, as he had six combined tackles and half a sack to go along with a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit. As a team, Cleveland had five defensive sacks, which resulted in 34 lost yards for the visiting team.
On Monday, the former NFL Defensive Player of the Year went to social media to further celebrate the Cleveland’s’ incredible win against Green Bay.
“Victory Monday,” Garrett wrote as a caption for his post that featured a series of snapshots from last Sunday’s home game.
Cleveland overcame a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter on its way to its first victory of the season, as rookie kicker Andre Szmyt made the game-winning field goal from 55 yards out.
At 1-2, Cleveland will look to pull off another upset in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions, while Green Bay will face off against the Dallas Cowboys.
