Chiefs' aptly named, custom-made ride for Germany trip unveiled

The Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins will play each other one month from Thursday in Week 9 in Frankfurt, Germany.

On Thursday morning, the defending Super Bowl champions' custom-made ride they'll be using to get around the city in the days leading up to the game was unveiled. It has a very fitting name.

The midseason battle is already looking like it could be a contest with playoff implications, as the Chiefs and Dolphins are both 3-1 and standing out as AFC contenders through the first quarter of the campaign.

Stocked with MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce and one of the best head coaches in NFL history in Andy Reid, Kansas City was already slated to be one of the must-watch teams this season. If the budding romance between Kelce and superstar singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is still going strong in November, the Chiefs are sure to be one of the marquee teams for the league to showcase yet again.

Fans in Germany looking to get a glimpse of Swift in person may be disappointed even if the relationship is still intact, however. The international contest will take place on Nov. 5, just four days before the 12-time Grammy Award-winner resumes her "The New Eras" tour with a trio of shows in Argentina.

Miami has been the best offense in the NFL through four weeks of action, evidenced by its 70-point showing against the Denver Broncos in Week 3.

The Dolphins have been must-see television as well, guided by the innovative Mike McDaniel as their head coach. On the field, Miami is led by MVP candidate Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback and dangerous offensive weapons such as wide receivers Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill, as well as running backs De'Von Achane and Raheem Mostert.

It was reported in June that tickets to the AFC international clash sold out in less than 15 minutes.

The Chiefs would never want to look ahead in their schedule, but it appears that they're very much ready to ride in style once they arrive in Germany.
