The Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have released their inactive players lists ahead of their Week 9 tilt at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on "Monday Night Football."

Each team faces significant injury challenges following Week 8, with the offensive side of the ball being key to each team's struggles. The Chiefs saw a midweek non-contact ACL injury for rookie tight end Jared Wiley. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers are still reeling from the loss of WR Chris Godwin. Each team will lean on their depth to get them through these significant injuries.

Check out the full list of inactive players for each team down below. . .

Chiefs inactive players:

  • OT Ethan Driskell
  • OL CJ Hanson
  • DE Mike Danna
  • WR JuJu Smith-Schuster
  • RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire
  • CB Nazeeh Johnson
  • DT Marlon Tuipulotu

Buccaneers inactive players:

  • WR Mike Evans

Observations:

New Chiefs DE Joshua Uche is ACTIVE and will make his Kansas City debut in Week 9 vs. the Bucs. I've forecasted around 25 defensive snaps for Uche.

Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a healthy scratch for the third consecutive week.

Both Kansas City practice squad elevations are active for Modnay's game, as is TE Peyton Hendershot.

Bucs WR Jalen McMillan injured his hamstring late in the practice week. He won't play on Monday, along with WR Mike Evans who was ruled out on Saturday due to a hamstring injury.
