Sarah Jane Ramos, the ex-fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, appears to be spending her free time in the gym.
Prescott and Ramos were supposed to get married in Italy this April. However, they made a last-minute decision to call off their wedding ceremony. This was unfortunate news for all parties involved, especially since Prescott and Ramos share two children together.
"It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding," the couple wrote in an email to their wedding guests. "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we welcome your prayers."
TMZ reported that Prescott and Ramos called off their wedding after their bachelor and bachelorette parties.
“We’re told the relationship had been rocky behind the scenes for months … but things came to a head with a blowup argument at their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas — and Sarah Jane called it off,” TMZ reported. “The reality is, we’re told the relationship is beyond repair … so the focus will be on co-parenting their two kids — ages 2 and nearly 10 months — moving forward.”
Prescott hasn't said much about his personal life. To be fair, he's getting ready for the 2026 NFL season.
As for Ramos, she's putting in work at the gym. She posted a photo of her sporting a blue workout set on Instagram this Friday.
This gym selfie from Ramos included this message: "I've been very glute focused with my workouts the past 3 weeks after losing some weight and it's amazing how much progress you can make in a short period of time when you're on your game and getting enough food."
According to Page Six, there were rumblings about "ongoing infidelity issues" for Prescott.
“Our source says Ramos and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback stayed behind after their friends left, at which point she found out that Prescott was allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings,” the report from Page Six states.
That rumor hasn't been reported by another outlet. All we know is that Ramos shut down any speculation about a prenup ending her relationship with Prescott.
