The Houston Texans have reiterated that they have no plans to trade star quarterback Deshaun Watson. However, that hasn't stopped him from seeking out potential trade destinations.
According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Watson is intrigued by the possibility of being traded to the Denver Broncos or San Francisco 49ers.

"Deshaun Watson has a list of teams he's 'intrigued by' ... I didn't get all the teams, but I was told that the Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers are two of them. ... I was told the Jets, 'eh probably not.'" pic.twitter.com/8YOmTbF3zw
The Broncos and 49ers have several questions to answer at quarterback entering 2021. For Denver, the main question is whether or not Drew Lock can be a franchise quarterback. It appears the Broncos are willing to give him one more season to figure things out, but if he doesn't succeed next season, he could be on his way out.
For the 49ers, their main question is whether or not they believe Jimmy Garoppolo can remain healthy and lead them back to the Super Bowl. Garoppolo has come up in various trade rumors this offseason, but head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch have stated that the former New England Patriot will be their starter in 2021.
Regardless, though, if the Texans end up seeking out a trade for Watson, the Broncos and 49ers will likely, at the very least, check in on the situation.
The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins are considered the front-runners for Watson if Houston trades him.
