Dez Bryant has been teasing an NFL return for the last few months and seems to be open to signing with the New England Patriots if such a situation presents itself.

Bryant posted a note on Instagram Wednesday that talked about wanting to be wealthy. Someone left a comment on the post saying that Dez was “going to the Pats. Confirmed.”

Dez’s response? “Maybe lol.”

Will anything actually materialize here? In late August, Bryant was targeting a mid-October return. In early November, he said he planned to reach out to NFL teams in a few weeks.

It’s early December now, and we’re in Week 14. Bryant, who is coming back from a torn Achilles tendon, is running out of time to join a club. He is at least working toward playing.
